Prices

The prices in this shop include VAT, but they don’t include shipping costs. These are calculated in the checkout process, before completing your purchase. The final payment will be a global sum corresponding to the value of the purchased products, including the costs for shipping.

Shipping

All orders are sent via CTT and will be processed within 2 to 5 business days.
In case you choose the option Registered mail (for purchases in Portugal), the tracking number will be sent via email.

Payment methods

This shop only accepts the following payment methods: Credit Card or Multibanco.

Exchanges and returns

In case any item in your order is damaged when it arrives, it can be exchanged for a new one or you can have your money back (excluding shipping costs), within 30 days.

Delivery guarantee

In case the item you purchased is sold out, the full value of your purchase will be returned (including shipping costs).

If the package hasn’t been reclaimed at the post office or in case the buyer didn’t write a correct shipping address, we'll resend it against the payment of the additional shipping costs.

Shopping from abroad?

If you’re shopping from outside of the European Union, additional customs taxes may be charged to release your order. The shop is not responsible for these additional charges, they should be covered by the client.

Packaging

Plastic-free! All orders are wrapped with cardboard or leftover materials, in order to save resources and avoid waste.
